Mattress Firm Stands With the Texas Hill Country – Flood Relief in Action

Image of a heart around the state of Texas with a smaller heart over the Texas Hill Country.

Following the devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country, Mattress Firm is taking immediate and long-term action to support impacted communities. As a company proudly headquartered in Texas, we are committed to helping our neighbors recover and rebuild.

Here’s How We’re Helping:

Sleep Kit Pickup at Our Kerrville Store

Beginning Saturday, July 12, rest and recovery sleep kits will be available in Kerrville for first responders and individuals facing displacement.  These kits include sleep essentials such as blankets, pillows and sleep masks in a reusable canvas bag, and will be available for pickup at our Kerrville location (1327 Junction Hwy, Kerrville, TX 78028).

Emergency Supply Donation to the Salvation Army

Our Kerrville team has assembled critical supplies based on local needs, including bottled water, diapers, sunscreen and cleaning supplies. These items will be delivered to the local Salvation Army for distribution to affected residents across the region.

Free Mattress Program for Displaced Residents

Mattress Firm will provide a free new mattress to any household in the Texas Hill Country that lost their home in the July 2025 floods. This offer and more information will be available in the coming weeks.

Support for Women and Family Shelters

We are working with the National Women’s Shelter Network to assess and respond to the needs of local shelters serving women and families. As a partner of the Network, Mattress Firm will provide support to meet specific needs as they come in; we are currently standing by to assist.

Mattress Firm Foster Kids to Celebrate “Little Victories”As someone who has worked closely with foster care advocates for more than a decade, I’ve seen firsthand that little things can make a big difference for foster children and their families. Sometimes, the small victories are what life is all about – a clean plate, sleeping through the night, picking up the toys; each accomplishment is an important step as children grow up to be mature adults and is a victory worth celebrating.
