• Help you understand relevant, available benefits and resources
• Connect you to a high-quality provider or service you need (and schedule your appointments!)
• Ensure that you understand your costs and review your bills for accuracy
• Advocate on your behalf when you need it

Associates and their families also have comprehensive, personalized support for LGBTQ+ quality, affirming care. A dedicated care coordinator will help you:

• Find culturally competent and affirming providers
• Answer health benefit questions
• Navigate gender-affirming care
• Provide support with LGBTQ+ community-focused resources

For eligible associates and family members, we offer multiple medical plans and carrier options, based on availability where you live, with telemedicine and prescription drug coverage included at no additional cost. Dental and vision plan options are available to all associates and their eligible family members. Coverage begins on the first day of the month coinciding with, or following, the first 60 days of employment.

Depending on your chosen medical carrier, you may also get access to:

• Contributions can be made pre-tax or after-tax (Roth), and can be changed at any time
