Ever wake up in the morning, look down at your mattress, and notice it's kind of...sagging? As if your body left an impression, and not in an ultra-conforming-memory-foam kind of way, but in a good-luck-climbing-out-of-this-hole kind of way? Well, the team at Sleepy’s by Sealy® has heard your feedback and has responded! With the help of highly-trained Sleep Experts®, they’ve developed a new mattress specially made to prevent sagging. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Sleepy’s by Sealy® premium memory foam mattress (and why it could be the perfect upgrade you've been looking for).
How Sleepy’s by Sealy® Premium Mattress Prevents Sagging
As the first of its kind, the Sleepy’s by Sealy® memory foam mattress is equipped with ViscoBoost™ technology—specifically solving for dips and sagging. This high-density gel-visco memory foam conforms to your body for enhanced pressure relief while also providing durability and extended comfort.
To prove this mattress was actually better than the rest, we performed a few different rigorous durability tests through Cornell, and here’s the final result:
With up to 54% less height loss, the Sleepy’s by Sealy® 13” Premium Memory Foam Mattress performed better against six other similar mattresses in the marketplace. Now, doesn’t that sound nice?

Support
With Sleepy’s latest, you can expect enhanced conforming posturized support—meaning you can maintain proper spinal alignment all night long. The high-density memory foam conforms to the unique shape and curves of your body for premium pressure relief and all-night comfort.
Motion Disruptions
The layers of memory foam aren’t just there for support; they can also isolate the motion if your partner tosses and turns, so your sleep isn't disturbed. Is constant motion keeping you up? Consider the new Sleepy’s by Sealy® memory foam mattress.
Cooling and Breathability
If there’s one sleep disruptor our Sleep Experts® hear about all the time, it’s sleeping hot. Luckily, this cool-to-the-touch cover helps regulate your body temperature and stretches to help the gel layers easily conform to your body. This specialized foam layer promotes airflow and breathability so you can sleep comfortably throughout the night.
Frequently Asked Questions
Now that you’ve learned a little about this first-of-its-kind mattress, let us answer a few more of your specific questions.
What Are the Differences in Comforts of the Sleepy’s By Sealy® Memory Foam Mattresses?
Great question. There are three different models: Medium, Plush, and Premium.
- The Sleepy’s by Sealy® Memory Foam Medium Mattress offers medium comfort for all sleepers with 10 inches of contouring memory foam support.
- The Plush mattress is great for side sleepers who need a little extra cushion to keep their spine aligned. With two extra inches of pressure-relieving memory foam, you’ll feel the additional support.
- And finally, there’s the Premium mattress made with high-density ViscoBoost™ gel memory foam, which provides enhanced pressure relief and creates a more durable mattress with an extended lifespan.
How Do You Set Up the Sleepy’s by Sealy® Premium Memory Foam Mattress?
If you didn’t know by now, the Sleepy’s by Sealy® Premium Memory Foam mattress is a mattress-in-a-box, and setup is a breeze.
- First, lay your box on its side and pull out the rolled-up mattress.
- Next, unfurl the plastic covering the mattress without cutting the plastic open yet.
- Then, place your mattress on your base and unroll it. (This is when you’ll finally cut the plastic open and start to see your mattress expand!)
- After setting up your mattress, you’ll want to give it 72 hours to fully expand before sleeping on it.
