When does my coverage begin?
Mattress accidental damage coverage starts on the date of delivery and lasts through your coverage term. Adjustable base power surge coverage also starts on day one, and other mechanical and electrical failure coverage begins as the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Does FirmCare cover accidental stains and damage?
Yes! Your mattress is protected in case of covered accidental stains and damage. All of which are serviced with professional in-home service and zero deductible.
What should I do if my mattress or mattress protector is stained or damaged?
File a claim for professional in-home service or hassle-free replacement. FirmCare includes a one-time mattress protector replacement when purchased with a mattress.
Will my Power Base be covered if I move?
Limitations and exclusions apply. Damage caused from moving is not covered.

What if I need to return my product?
